DSK Training Department is equipped with 25 resource persons, with an average experience of 15 years and they are experts in designing and delivering different types of courses as needed for the staff, clients, and other stakeholders of programs.

DSK conducts training on Basic Microfinance, Basic Accounting and financial management, Risk management, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Result Based Monitoring (RBM), CBO formation & management, Leadership and Management, Hygiene promotion, WASH foundation training, Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA), PMEL and Mobile Based Monitoring, Water Safety Plan (WSP), Sanitation Safety Plan (SSP), Operation and maintenance of WASH infrastructures, Three Star Approach, PHAST, and RANAS Approach, CLTS, CATS and SanMark, Communication Motivation & facilitation, Team Building, Gender & PSEA/Safeguarding, Social accountability, Youth Friendly Services (YFS), Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), Psycho-social Counseling, Emotional Management and Responsible Behavior, Disaster management, Entrepreneur development & Business management, and many more.
