On December 3, 2024, Securing Rights of Women Domestic Workers (SUNITI) organized an offline employment fair for domestic workers at the DSK Head Office. The event was attended by notable guests, including Dr. Dibalok Singha, Executive Director of DSK; Farhana Akter, Senior Program Officer at Oxfam; Farhana Ahmed, Senior MEAL Officer at Oxfam; Afrin Akter, Project Manager at DSK; Anupama Baidya, Advocacy Officer at DSK; and other project staff members.

The fair saw participation from 32 employers, with 8 job placement officers overseeing the recruitment process for domestic workers. Key discussions revolved around the skills, experience, and recruitment methods for responsible domestic workers, as well as ensuring job security. The event was successfully conducted across the Mohammadpur, Badda, Khilgaon, and Mirpur areas, providing a positive and fruitful experience for all involved.
